By ultrasonic welding the assembly of cables gets quick and secure.
By ultra welding the cords you get the easiest and secure way of assembling push in terminals as well as screw terminals. Both used in the modern lighting industry. There will also be an excellent result when splice two cables together.
We produce cord-sets in class I and II in various lengths and cable sorts.
By differing cables we refer mainly to halogen free and shielded cables. Cord-sets have one connected end and one open end and is used as connecting cable in luminares and industrial equipment. We use installation couplers such as Wago, Wieland and Ensto.
In order to always deliver safe products, we test the assembled cables.
Whether the wiring has connectors at both ends or only at one end, we make a functional and high voltage test in our modern test machine.
